ICE 3: Te Aro cold brew concentrate

Te Aro is one of my Favorite local roasters in Toronto. They have a great crew and love what they serve and take pride in their craft.

It also helps that they are not too far from my place.

Here is the cold brew concentrate, sold in stubbies.

Beans: Elevens blend of El Mirador, colombia; washed yirgacheffe, natural sidama.

verdict: nice chocolate tastes from the colombian, muted floral, and lemon notes, very easy to consume.

Wished that the jasmine and lemon would come out more from the yirgacheffe but it was delicious.

With milk, it's balanced smooth drink surely will refresh our hot summer days.
